The People Being Brought In
Three founding hires signal how seriously Anthropic is taking the interdisciplinary scope of this work.
Matt Botvinick arrives from a Resident Fellowship at Yale Law School and senior roles at Google DeepMind and Princeton, leading the Institute's work on AI and the rule of law. Anton Korinek, on leave from the University of Virginia economics faculty, will lead research into how transformative AI could fundamentally reshape economic activity itself — not just which jobs it displaces.
